Sprocket Idler for Treads

An idler with teeth is designed to improve track grip; however, it's not meant for driving treads - that will be in a future project based on this design. This creation is featured at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:35668. Initially, the distance between points differed from expectations, but adjustments were made through trial and error. A hub interference issue was fixed as well. To prevent releasing errors, test before doing so; recent changes include reducing tooth diameter, increasing tooth width, and improving printing angle. Printing specifications are 0.4mm layer height and 25% infill with solid every 8 layers (possibly overkill). Secure the wheel using #10 or 5mm screws and washers on both sides of the hub, with filing possibly needed for 5mm screws.
