I'll test how long this will last as the main drive sprocket for the Triple Heliced Aerofoil Darrieus (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3555568), but since it needs to be non-conductive, I thought of putting these parts together and filling them with epoxy. Files included: 31-tooth 6-tooth 9-tooth Chain settings are for a 1/2 x 1/8" bicycle chain.
