Sprocket and Idler wheel with tread link

This is the progress I have made designing a small idler wheel and main drive sprocket wheel (with treadlink) for a remake of my old Tamiya motorized tread kit. Some redesign is still required. The treads can be linked together using bare unprinted filament threaded through the holes. One end can then be fused using a hot needle to hold in place. Removal is easy using an x-acto knife to just make a shallow cut the melted corner. I found it holds up well to rotations. Although it was tested on carpet and an unladen chassis. More testing is still required.
