A cataclysmic nuclear World War IV ravages Earth in the year 2807, annihilating a significant portion of its population and leaving the planet irreparably scarred. Fifty-two years after the devastating conflict, a research team from the Galactic Federation ventures to Earth, only to discover that the planet's ecological systems have miraculously restored themselves to their former glory. The Federation, eager to repopulate the barren world, dispatches colonists to the surface, where they establish thriving cities and towns over the next two decades. However, this rapid growth draws the unwanted attention of lawless elements – notorious felons, military defectors, and other unsavory characters seeking to evade detection on Earth's newly terraformed surface. Small militias initially protect the colonists, but these determined outcasts frequently gain the upper hand, casting a shadow over the fragile new society. This project is an homage to the Machinen Krieger Saga, conceived in just two weeks and augmented with an additional week of texturing to grasp fundamental concepts in low-poly modeling and PBR rendering.
