Upgrade your flying experience with the Stratos glider - check out its design on Thingiverse! For optimal performance, follow these printing tips: use .15 layer height for new wings (Spritejet); keep layer heights consistent with .30 or .15; ensure smooth 1-2 layer prints; adjust fill ratio in fuselage for center of gravity control. Print the wings with orthogonal fill orientation to minimize warping and maximize durability. Fuselage halves should be printed at a 45-degree angle. Launcher parts require 3 perimeters, 2 solid layers, and .35 line fill for strength. Assemble fuselage halves onto the wing, glue together, and attach a rubber band for flight. Adjust control surfaces and add weight as desired. Print with ABS for best results, but PLA is also possible with extra care during removal. Check out updated models including the V2 launcher and new Model 2 fuselage for improved durability and aerodynamics. Enjoy your new glider!
