I hated getting crushed by my Revel Passenger Door after we mounted an Owl Vans B2 rack with Monster Box and One Up rack. Any slight breeze or off angle parking could mean certain death or major crush injury. There is only one commercially available product out there that I could find to keep the door perpendicular for outdoor showers, loading/unloading the back of the van and it wasn't a solid option. So here I am leaning CAD and 3D printing. This is designed to slide over the top hinge on the passenger side of a MB Sprinter van with an after market Owl Vans B2 rack. Flip the orientation 180 deg to built without supports. I found that 50% infill for 50% of the structure worked well and 25% for the rest kept it fairly light.
