SprintBed
thingiverse
A RipRap Controller, modeled after the Sanguinololu design, employs an mbed LPC1768 module instead of the standard ATmega644P microcontroller. A prototype circuit board has been successfully assembled and tested. The Sprinter firmware is being ported to the mbed module for operation with a 3D printer, similar to Bohn's software available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:11690. The SprintBed PCB is compatible with Sanguinololu's design, utilizing identical Pololu modules. In addition, it features a switching regulator instead of the traditional 5V linear one and includes an SD card connector.
