<p>This design has not been tested long term. &nbsp;Use at your own risk.</p><p>Benefits<br>1) get my counter space back<br>2) can slide out the bottom tank without lifting everything else<br>3) lids should stay flatter and cleaner without another tank on top of them</p><p><br>This is a very large print. &nbsp;It's 265x205mm in size. &nbsp;FDM is highly recommended. &nbsp;PETG best, PLA+ may be substituted, but it's more brittle.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How to print this with a large FDM printer:</strong></p><p>Purchase two Rubbermaid Twin Track rails of the same length:</p><p><a href="https://www.homedepot.com/p/Rubbermaid-25-in-White-Twin-Track-Upright-for-Wire-Shelving-FG4B8700WHT/100003748">https://www.homedepot.com/p/Rubbermaid-25-in-White-Twin-Track-Upright-for-Wire-Shelving-FG4B8700WHT/100003748</a></p><p>The 25" rail is pictured and will hold 6 shelves.</p><p>This is a very high precision project, at least by DIY Weekend Warrior Standards. &nbsp;Do not attempt unless you are very comfortable. &nbsp;Use wall anchors if you are in drywall without a stud.</p><p>Mount the rails 244mm apart, center to center. &nbsp;That's 9.6" &nbsp;To facilitate this, print two or more of the included mounting braces. &nbsp;They will hold the bars parallel while you mark your screw holes. &nbsp;Tape a bubble level to the mounting brace while mounting. &nbsp;<strong>Parallel mounting is VERY IMPORTANT. &nbsp;</strong>If you are even 2mm off on any one screw, your shelves with bow. &nbsp;They will still work, but they will not be straight. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Print the flex shelves. &nbsp;If you have PERFECT rail mounting, you can print the stiff shelves. &nbsp;They will take a lot longer than the flex shelves. &nbsp;The breakage point on both is still the same clasp. &nbsp;Do not bear down on the shelves or load them with any weight beyond a print tank and resin.</p><p>Make sure the shelves are fully seated into the track before loading. &nbsp;Test with empty resin tanks to make sure its secure and can withstand weight before loading with resin laden tanks.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How to DIY this without a 3d printer</strong></p><p>Cut wood shelves to 260mm x 188mm (10.2"x 7.4"). &nbsp;If you cut particle board, make sure to edge tape the rough sides to prevent scrapes and sawdust.</p><p>If you are really comfortable, route two troughs for the rails to slide in</p><p>Mount two shelf tracks on the wall</p><p>Mount the brackets to the tracks and screw in your wood shelves</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
