Springy Corner Brackets feature custom-made springs available at http://www.ultibots.com/springy-corner-brackets-x4. In version 2, the heat bed is directly coupled to the corner bracket using Small 3/4" (19mm) Binder Clips. The springs are .600" od x .053" music wire x .500" long with 3.6 coils, closed and ground, providing a load capacity of 12.4 lbs each. When heating the bed above 100°C, print with ABS to avoid deformation of PLA.
