Replacement for a 3mm extruder on MK6+ printers that uses a 608 bearing rather than a Delrin plunger; no springs or gears are included. Despite being an old idea, this version was challenging to find without additional components. If it's a duplicate, comments are appreciated for derivative work. The MK6+ still has filament left, but the extruder failed. A temporary fix with tape allowed printing this alternative; helpful for similar situations.
