Kleiner retro-style water feature - this type was extremely popular in the 80s. I made the water flows from rings using a shrinkable tube that I glued together. To seal the shell, you can use acrylic adhesive or something similar. The two splash shields with the curved top are placed on each ring to prevent unwanted moisture around the fountain.
