Full Body costume based on the FNAF character SpringBonnie. This is currently sized for my 9 yr old. Will require careful measurement and scaling for the wearer. Will likely need at least 300mmx300mm build surface. May take 4-5Kg of PLA filament, depending on how many re-prints you have.A few notes, if you take on this project:Head:Make sure to scale ears to fit.Bearing holes are scaled for 15x6mm bearings. Any change to the head size means that the bearing holes will need to be adjusted in something like Fusion360 to maintain use.*Need padding. I used bicycle padding kit found on Amazon.Ears:*Lightning infill is your friend. These can add a lot of weight high above the head and make it really uncomfortable if you use much infill.Jaw:Scale to match headBearing Holes: Same as above.Biceps/Forearms:*Sew onto black sweatshirt. Thigh/Calf:Sew front onto black pantsMay need padding on edgesTorso:*Not comfortable. Even with some padding on the shoulders, the contact area is small. Will need to figure out some way to address that to wear for any extended time.Shoulders:*I drilled a hole and attached to the torso with rubber bands. Feet:Scale to shoe sizePad the front-top edge where it will meet the shin.*Attachment - I put a screw on either side of each foot and attached a rubber band to go around the bottom of the shoe. Hands:Scale to comfortably fit fingers.Hot glue to black glovesLatches:Make sure they are scaled to match whichever part they will go on.
