This is a washer I designed specifically for backlash compensation in my Z-nut-lock assembly on the MPCNC. Printed with 0.05mm layer resolution using UP Mini PLA, an M8 rod was used as the base component. To ensure proper function, it's essential to stack multiple washers top-to-top and bottom-to-bottom in order to achieve optimal performance.
