This spring suspension part, designed in SolidWorks and printable on a Dimension SST 1200ES within one pass, has been functionally tested using ABS. The accompanying .stl files contain modifications made by the creator. Initially aiming for an air suspension, the focus was shifted to a single-print design. Printing requires support material as well as model material in the printer. Two suspensions are needed for motorcycles or four for ATVs; mount them using 7/8" taps and experience their capability of withstanding up to 5 pounds before bottoming out.
