Spring-loaded Replicator 2 Drive Arm for a 3mm bearing

Spring-loaded Replicator 2 Drive Arm for a 3mm bearing

thingiverse

I required a new extruder and only had a 3mm ID bearing available. Using Wings3D, I modified Makerbot's STL file to reduce the post diameter to approximately 2.9mm for a tighter fit. Despite the slight tightness, the bearing was easily pressed in with a 1-ton pressure. After completing the arm print and assembling the rest of the block from Makerbot's Spring-loaded Replicator 2 Drive Block, it was time to enjoy some pie!
