This mechanism runs on a pull-string connected to the base of an inner tube. The remainder is affixed directly onto the surrounding wall for display. Step-by-step assembly can be viewed within provided images. Each screw hole measures exactly 4.5mm in diameter. The operating range of this catch extends about 14mm, yet this value may easily be enhanced by simply enlarging specific sections including a slide located below and an inner cylinder at its center. Currently scaled sizes demand a spring measuring between 9 to 16 millimeters across, with optimal performance resulting from a coil spanning nearly 4 centimeters in length.
