Cheese press designed for my 170x200mm mold. Non-printed parts are stainless steel. #### Bill of Materials: * 2 x threaded rod M12 x 500mm * 1 x hex bolt M16 x 120mm (or longer) * 2 x wing nut M12 * 6 x hex nut M12 * 1 x hex nut M16 * 2 x washer M12 * 2 x washer M12 * 1 x washer M16 #### Springs: * [68x80mm, rate: 0.14N/mm] (5.74kg | 7.17kg) * [80x80mm, rate: 0.28N/mm] (11.34kg | 14.17kg) * [70x80mm, rate: 0.49N/mm] (19.64kg | 24.55kg) The plates are designed to fit all three springs. With the taller bottom plate, the spring is compressed by 40mm and the resulting force is equal to the first value in parentheses, with the lower one it's 50mm (second value). EDIT: added SCAD files.
