Spring Loaded CD Mount Tablet Holder

A Car CD mounted spring loaded adjustable tablet holder is designed for tablets ranging in size from 4 inches to about 7 inches. The print orientation is clearly visible in the accompanying pictures. To assemble this mount, you will need a 1/4 x 20 x 1 1/2 inch socket head bolt and a corresponding 1/4 x 20 nut to secure the knob. A 3-inch tension-type spring provides flexibility for adjusting the fit of your tablet. The spring can be easily adjusted by stretching it if necessary, and it mounts between the two holes using any material you prefer, such as rivets or another type of fastener. I used some leftover rivets to secure the spring in place, trimming them as needed to ensure a snug fit. Additionally, I applied a small amount of CA glue to the pin to prevent it from coming loose over time. This holder works well on tabletops as well as in vehicles, providing a sturdy and adjustable mounting solution for your tablet or CD player.
