Spring for the Ender 3 S1 locking wheel

Spring for the Ender 3 S1 locking wheel

I printed the original model first, in PETG. Wheels turned out great on first try. The springs were a pain. It took a few tries, but I could not manage to get rid of the support interface in the middle section. As a result, it was impossible to completely slide the springs on the bed carriage.Ultimately I decided to cut out the middle section of the upper notch, leaving only one tab on each edge. Supports were easy to remove from the underside of these tabs and these modified springs fit like glove on the edges of the bed carriage.Printed in PETG, 0,2 layer, tree support on heatbed only, had to set the tree branches to cover 60°.Instalation is easy, just remove the original bed knobs, lift the bed, slide these four springs on the corners of the carriage and screw in the knobs from the original model. It helps immensely with bed tramming, using screws_tilt_calculate in klipper I managed to get all four corners within 0,01 mm height difference. Big thanks to the author of the original model.
