I recently printed several excellent bookmarks / Page Trackers designed by Alejoo. However, I soon realized they might get lost around the house, so I decided to create a spring-driven dispenser with a magnetic mount. To secure the dispenser, I used an 8mm diameter and 1.5mm height neodymium magnet purchased on eBay. The magnet's dimensions are ideal for crafting and gifting purposes. I also acquired a 32mm long and 15mm in diameter compression spring from Würth with 9 windings and a 1mm wire diameter. The dispenser works exceptionally well, as evident from the pictures, and adheres strongly to any ferro-metal surface. Print Settings: Printer: Raise3D N2 Plus Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: I printed the bookmarks in colorfabb TRAFFIC RED PLA/PHA at 215°C and 60°C heated bed (BuildTak). To ensure better adhesion to the print-bed, I used a brim for the container part. Assembly is straightforward: 1. Insert the spring. 2. Push the slider through the hole in the side wall while holding the spring pressed from above. 3. Close the side hole with the cover. The cover is intentionally wider than the hole to prevent it from coming loose without glue. 4. Insert the magnet from the bottom.
