2019-12-9: The PETG version works fine for printing with a 70C bed, but not for 100C bed when printing ABS. So print these in ABS. Update: I made a new corner piece from scratch, based on the previous design. I created two versions in PETG to have higher temperature tolerance. Both versions feature narrower channels for the screw (M3) and a smaller channel for the square nut, which stay aligned better. The thick base (7mm thick) version V2 has a round channel for the spring that is below the channel for the square nut holding the heated late to the FFCP base plate. That's why its 2mm thicker base, to accommodate the .160" dia spring. You have to force the spring into the channel a little at a time, but then it stays there without flying out when you install these onto the bottom of the build plate (using all of the old screws and springs from below). The thin base (5mm thick) version V3 uses the channel of the square nut plus a little more rounded cutout under the spring to make the channel for the spring. This means the spring is higher, actually resting with one end against the square nut. Installing this version is very difficult because the spring is compressed more. You have to compress the spring with a small screwdriver from underneath and then get the corner outward far enough to allow the screw past the spring. But once it's installed, it's a really strong clamping force on the 1/4" glass plate. Note: Look at the washers; they are typically stamped and have a side with downward rounded edges and a side with cut edges sticking up a little. Install the rounded edge side toward the plastic corner piece; it lets it slide easier. I still double nut the thinner corner piece. The thicker piece uses only one nut or you have to buy a longer screw (4 of them). The previous version was created by FlashForge Creator Pro - Corner Glass clips, 18mm by jcox10. https://www.thingiverse.com/make:258058 Old version information: I made a set of these in PLA but when the printer bed warmed up, the holding nuts and washers sank into the corner, making my glass bed loose. So I made a set in ABS and added springs for applying bed holding pressure. I used Hillman #1 springs 1 5/16" long, 5/32" OD, and cut each of the 2 springs in half, which =4 and was enough to do all 4 corners. The OD just fits in the nut groove in corner and is held in place by the corner. I had to remove my bed and install these with the bed upside down using a small flat-blade screwdriver to compress the spring and get the corner to lie flat. Put the washer and double nut on to hold the corner in place. A Nylock nut might work but I bought 4-M3 fender washers, and 4 extra M3 nuts, and used the second nut as a locking nut.
