IV2017 - This is a Spring Clip or Clamp designed to secure hose/tube onto a barb fitting. These clips are widely used by Japanese, Taiwanese and Chinese manufacturers of engines that power scooters, outboard motors, ATV's and similar vehicles.- Spring Clip (inner diameter in mm): 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 14mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm- Spring Clip (inner diameter in inch): 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", 3/4", 7/8", 1" About the Model: With Inventor, you can easily select a simplified Assembly file that contains Metric versions of the clips. The emboss or engraving indicates the size or inner diameter, such as "1/4"". This information is baked into the solid model. If you're working on a non-native Inventor platform and want to use polygons, you can export STEP files. JT format is particularly useful if you use the viewer app: JT2Go. Each Clip has a surface model of the cylinder modeled, which is done intentionally for placement or alignment purposes. These models can be switched on or off as needed.
