Spring based Damper for 2020 T-nut Frames
thingiverse
I constructed an anti-vibration spring damper for my 2020 T-nut Frame on my Ender 3, aiming to reduce printing noise. It functions quite effectively. My Ender 3's extruder spring required replacement due to under extrusion issues, but purchasing spare parts was pricey. I managed to find a Chinese reseller selling 10 spares for a few euros per package. With the remaining springs, I created these dampers to address my Ender 3's noise problem. Each damper requires just two springs. Assembly: The original rubber feed on your Ender 3 (measuring 40 mm x 20 mm) can be attached to the bottom part of the spring damper. The top section connects directly to the 2020 T-nut frame. You can secure the springs with hot glue if desired, attaching them to the bottom and lower parts' spring connectors. If you find this solution helpful, consider sharing your success by posting a make!
