Spring and Ball Rostock Dual-JHead effector assembly

My experiences with these magnetic systems and their limited strength, along with being very costly, have driven me to this point... Still relying on the 10mm Ball-tipped carbon rods, I'm replacing the magnets with springs and designing the cups directly into the effector-plate and runners. This results in significantly smoother movement with almost no friction on the joints, and they don't detach for even the slightest of unhindered travel. Print Settings Printer: Kossel Mini Resolution: 0.2 or 0.3 Infill: 30 ~ 60% Notes: Feed rate is the key factor. PLA or ABS or whatever material is currently loaded on your roll will work just fine.
