The part that secures the secondary sprayer holder in place broke off, rendering it unusable. Attempting to glue it proved unsuccessful due to its smooth acetal Delrin-like plastic composition, prompting me to design and print a replacement component. Meanwhile, the plastic washer responsible for providing additional holding force had become severely compressed, resulting in the sprayer no longer being held firmly in position. To rectify this issue, I inserted a standard black rubber washer between the plate and the holder before tightening it, which successfully secured the sprayer in place. For those interested in modifying the design, an ImplicitCAD file is included for your reference. The part was printed using white HIPS on a Lulzbot Mini v1, with standard settings applied and 100% infill.
