Spouts

Spouts

thingiverse

This design showcases the most intricate geometrical complexity I've ever attempted, inspired by an architect's vision for a German building that incorporated spout-like features. The challenge lay in translating this concept into a 3D printable format, tackling two key obstacles: arranging the spouts on a stable base and finding a way to smoothly connect them with the base surface through fillet joints. A 34-second video demonstrating the completed print can be found here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1wprXJhPLOVR7iC_i74OyZfFbHWSOVYcv Although this part serves no practical purpose, it remains a fascinating example of a printer's capacity to produce smooth surfaces and eliminate stringing. The print time was 23 hours, achieved with a print speed of 80 mm/sec and a layer height of 0.200 mm.
