SPOUT POURING BUCKET WITH PELLET
cults3d
I decided to make a pellet bucket myself instead of buying one to fill my stove more easily. I started by reusing an old ash bucket from my basement fireplace, which had become dusty. The first spout I created was the same size as the ash extraction hole, but it turned out too narrow and didn't pour well, so I had to do something about it. To solve this problem, I built a larger spout and its cap, along with a cap for the vacuum cleaner hole, using a template to cut and drill into the lid of the bucket. Using the template, we marked the nozzle's location on the lid, then drilled five 3mm holes in it. We needed five screws, so I used two M3x8 and three M3x12 screws. Once the printing was finished, I screwed on the nozzle and placed the cap on the bucket's lid, securing the pellet nozzle with its own cap to keep it away from any ambient moisture.
