Spout - Internal Vent
thingiverse
For 1-gallon plastic containers with a 36mm outside diameter opening, there are two spout sizes to choose from. Spout Cap Existing: Cut a 25mm hole in the existing cap using a 1" hole saw to create a neat circle and finish with a knife. If leakage occurs, use the gasket. Alternatively, apply silicone between the spout and cap for added security. Spout Cap Printed: Printed with 0.3mm layers, the last part looks better if printed at slower speeds. Clean the inside ridge of the cap using a rotary file and rotary wire brush if necessary. Spouts: Printed with 0.3mm layers, clean the inside with a round file and outside with sandpaper at the spout end for a smooth finish. To prevent ugly prints, use slower speeds towards the end of the printing process. Spout Remix: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:969219 Container Cap Remix: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:65922
