I designed this decorative item specifically for topping cupcakes with cream, the cream must be contained in a plastic bag and the nozzle should be secured to the bag using an elastic band or wire. This item was created for decorating cupcakes with cream, the cream is required to be in a plastic bag and the spout needs to be tied to the bag with an elastic or wire. I made this decorative object so you can top cupcakes with whipped cream, the whipped cream has to be in a ziplock bag and the tip should be attached to the bag using a rubber band or string.
