With a single-gallon container, I've encountered difficulties pouring Acetone into smaller bottles for ABS juice without spilling it. Consequently, I devised this solution. It enables users to pour the liquid at a slow and controlled pace directly into small containers, eliminating spills altogether. The design doesn't incorporate an air vent, thus requiring users to proceed cautiously when filling the smaller containers. This device cannot be crafted from ABS if it is intended for use with petroleum distillates, including Acetone. Assembling the spout may necessitate sanding the base ring due to its tight fit. UPDATE: On September 10th, 2015, I replaced the original spout with a revised version that features a flat exit hole, aiming to minimize splashing caused by gurgling liquid.
