Spotting scope camera mount

This is an adapter / interface mounting block that will attach a "gopro" style (cheap Chinese knock off camera) to use as a dedicated view screen and to take pictures of celestial things and a few birds too. The multi combo one size fits all mickey mouse erector set that comes with the camera does not suffice to do the intended job that I need it to do. Sooooo, I came up with this little ditty to bridge the gap. I am anxious to return from extended holiday so I can fabricate this post haste so the other half can enjoy the new toys received for the holidays.I will update this with or create a new model when everything is done.I might try machining this and getting the buddy to 3D print one.
