Case for a spot welder project: Joint in the boom is secured using a heavy-duty electrical connector block. I'm not providing any guidance on electronics due to obvious reasons. Anyone attempting this project does so at their own risk. The idea was sparked by a YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tPuKu5J-_64&t=760s. However, I used an accurate timer from eBay UK (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/192436072708) instead of the original approach.
