A high current (up to 100A) triac 800V AC switching control module for spot welding. The modules control a pair of timed pulses and the pulses' individual intensities. Time timing pulse is measured in steps of 20mS in steps from 1 to 99 and output power in percentage units from 1 to 99%. The control unit can store 20 user defined parameter sets. The user interface is via a graphic colour LCD panel, a dial and a push button.There is more functionality that these modules provide.
