I recently replaced all the lights in my house with LED bulbs and had a chance to see a type of lamp that focuses its light emission in one direction (approximately 110 degrees of opening). As I'm setting up a new workspace, I bought one of those lamps and designed a spot with an on/off switch to install it under a shelf so that it illuminates the working area. Printed in PETG, 0.6mm nozzle, two perimeter 0.25 layers, 5% infill, no supports.
