This is a project I've been working on for a little while with the goal of retrofitting a popular timepiece, specifically the Casio F-91W, into a printed case. The body can be printed from any type of filament, and I used Rosewood Timberfill from Fillamentum for this watch. The strap is best printed from a very soft material like FFF World's FlexiSmart, as tougher flex materials make for an uncomfortable plastic-like feel fit. The glass is 27mm in diameter and 2mm thick. Print the buttons and strap with a flexible material. The glass should be friction-fit, but since we're working with extremely tight margins, what works on my printer may not translate to another machine. Use support everywhere, around 10-15%. A clear watch was featured in the first revision. Good luck!
