Transform stunning sports accessories from plastic bottles! Using a cutter (for cutting) and scissors, cut the ridges of the bottle and the shrinkage for the bracelet. With scissors, be sure to refine the edges of the trim for a more regular appearance. Paint both the interior and exterior of your creations.
