This is a scale model of an authentic Sport Complex Building. Building specifications: 64m * 40m * 13m. It was originally designed using 3ds Max 2015, with all measurements taken in meters. The geometric model features precise meshing, resulting in smooth edge flow and accurate shapes. Comprehensive testing was conducted to ensure the absence of holes, incorrect normals, or overlapping polygons within the mesh structure. Due to its low-poly configuration, users can seamlessly add details, modify the geometry as needed. This file consists entirely of Instances – identical objects that may be easily substituted or removed. Additionally, Shell Modifiers were applied for precision rendering of glass surfaces. The provided model is available in three popular formats: 3ds Max (2012 and above), FBX, OBJ, and 3DS. Rendering is conducted using the V-Ray rendering engine within 3ds Max 2015. A scene including a V-ray sun and sky has been included, enabling users to replicate the rendered appearance exactly by pressing 'Render' – as shown in the preview image.
