This is the actual-size model of Sport Center Building 1. Created from scratch with Cinema 4D R12. Exported in multiple formats including 3ds and fbx. The high-poly mesh features smooth edges and crisp geometry. Tested extensively for accuracy, holes, and normal direction to prevent render errors. Instances are used to efficiently create repeating elements. The Shell Modifier is enabled for glass components and can be easily repositioned or removed as needed. Scene organization makes it easy to navigate and adjust layer assignments. Preview images were rendered in Cinema 4D R18 using Standard materials throughout the model.
