I addressed the two issues I had with the otherwise fantastic original design: (1) bearing rubbed against mount causing friction; and (2) my bearings were loose, so they fell off the mount. The built-in washer stops the side of the bearing from rubbing. The new "bearing holder" keeps the bearing securely in place. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 40% Notes: ABS is my material of preference. Post-Printing You will need a total of four M3x15 screws, four M3 nuts, and four 608ZZ bearings to assemble everything correctly. To keep the design simple, use the "small" bearing holder, or opt for the "large" one for a built-in fender that keeps the filament spool on track. Alternatively, use flanged bearings to get an even better fender effect.
