This spoolholder offers a fresh take on the 3D printing nerd design challenge. It prints faster while retaining all essential features. To achieve this speed boost, the spool is now positioned at a 90° angle relative to those stored on the shelf, as opposed to my previous design where the spool's orientation matched that of the shelf's contents. If you have access to a 3/4" (18-19mm) deep board for mounting, this spoolholder might be worth considering.
