Spoolholder for Fabrikator mini V2

The Spoolholder that came with the Fabrikator mini V2 was unusable with most of my spools. The spools scratched the stepper motor or didn't fit at all. So, I designed another one. Two versions exist: One without pitch and one with pitch to keep the spool close to the printer. Some slender spools tend to slowly move away from the printer and once the filament slipped out of the spool. The 2-degree pitch should prevent this.
