Spooler Rod Hanger with Bearings

prusaprinters

This Spooler Rod Hanger was designed to hang 3D Printer Plastic Filaments on a rod, similar to a clothes hanger. It features two 608zz bearings supported by two pins that are inserted, to ensure smoother spooler rotation, the thin tube and half of the hanger are secured with a nut, allowing for safe and fast removal of the spooler. Special Info for “HackCSSpooler^EnsamblajeSpooler.stl”For the “HackCSSpooler^EnsamblajeSpooler.stl” it's very important to block support generation on the threaded section, only needs supports in the bearing housing.During use, it's important not to overtighten the nut. The optimal print orientation for this part is as shown in the images. In this orientation, the 3D printed layers are designed to ensure the hook's integrity. However, the threaded section is printed in the opposite direction, which may result in breakage if the nut is tightened excessively. This is because the printed layers are oriented in a way that doesn't provide strong adhesion in preloading tension. Print SettingsSupports:No supports needed except for “HackCSSpooler^EnsamblajeSpooler.stl” see images and description.Resolution:0.2 or 0.3 mm layer height0.6 nozzle is recommended to save 3d printing timeInfill:15%Perimeters:3 or 4 recommendedFilament: PLAMade by @Antonio36996 from HackCS
