Spool weels
thingiverse
My spool was doing a little jig on my Ender 3 pro and I needed some spacers fast, so I turned to FreeCAD for help. This elaborate solution ended up being a great learning experience and it works surprisingly well. Since it turned out so well, I figured why not share it with the world. Designed specifically for spool breaths measuring 63mm in depth and 73 mm in inner diameter, but it might also work for diameters as low as 70 mm - though no promises. To get started, simply print all five spacers together with a brim using three wall lines on the sides. I've included the FreeCAD file for anyone who wants to give it a try and make some modifications.
