Spool W/ Crank
thingiverse
I crafted a spool to neatly wind paracord onto for storage purposes. Employing a 1/2-inch dowel as the central axis, I utilized two spool ends that are mirror images of each other, with their beveled edges facing inward. The dowel's length should extend through the bottom spool end and into its centering hole within the body's lower portion. Meanwhile, the top spool end must rest below the upper rim of the body. I carefully bonded the spool ends to the dowel. Two additional holes at the top will accommodate retaining screws, while a separate hole in the crank allows for screw attachment directly onto the dowel's upper extremity.
