Spool Tie for PLA Material Spools

I've designed a Spool Tie specifically for PLA material to prevent binding issues when printing. Without some form of tie, the material can easily become tangled and bind up during use. The tie effectively eliminates this problem as well as others that may arise. To ensure optimal results, print the Spool Ties quickly and in large quantities - it should take around 20 minutes to print three units. It's crucial to snap the Spool Ties onto the spool in the correct direction and position on the right side of the spool. See attached images for reference. If snapped on incorrectly, the part may break, but once securely attached, leave them in place until the material is fully used up. The Spool Tie works by utilizing the direction of wind around the outside of the spool and guiding the material through a hole to create a bias that keeps it in place. This clever design ensures that the material stays organized and untangled during use, making it an essential accessory for any 3D printing operation.
