Create a simple spool holder for Mendel-style RepRap printers with this DIY project using various materials. Based on other models, I made my own spool support for my longboat. For the spool itself, I used a cardboard design from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17932). Eco-friendly and functional when filament arrives without a spool.
