Spool Stand
myminifactory
I recently had the misfortune of my Anycubic spool stand breaking, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a new one using ball bearings. The resulting spool holder is remarkably compact, making it an ideal project for many printers. To get started, you'll need two "608" ball bearings, which will require some elbow grease to attach - especially when it comes to the "Connection". Additionally, bearing caps demand extra care to fit snugly into place; I highly recommend sanding them down a notch. The maximum spool dimensions for this stand are 124mm x 50mm x 100mm. Without the spool, the stand measures out at 180mm x 170mm x 190mm.
