I'm always on the lookout for creative ways to repurpose old materials. Recently, I found myself pondering how to breathe new life into some discarded filament spools. The idea struck me: why not craft a compact table that can be spun by hand using one of these spools as its base? To bring this concept to life, you'll need a few essential components - screws, rubber bands, and a sturdy mount to anchor everything in place. I must confess, however, my skills in designing intricate gears are somewhat lacking; you may find it necessary to fashion a custom-sized spool holder to accommodate other filament spools.
