Spool Spacer for Flashforge Printers

This is a spacer for use in the filament draw of a Flashforge Finder or in the internal spool holders of the Flashforge Dreamer. If your filament spool has a hole of 52mm diameter like the small filament spools sold by Bilby 3D (see some examples here: https://www.bilby3d.com.au/DispCat.asp?CatID=19&SubCatID=144 ), simply print two spacers suitable for your printer, insert them into the hole and use the spools as if they were Flashforge branded ones. The letter engraved on the spacer will remind you of the printer it's designed for. D is for Dreamer and F is for Finder. This is helpful if you own both printers, since the spool diameter differs slightly on each one. Print Settings: Printer: Flashforge Dreamer Rafts: Don't worry about it Supports: No need to use them Resolution: 200 micron Infill: 10% Notes: You don't have to use a raft, but it might make removing the print from your bed easier if you do.
