Purchased a spool of Inland PLA+ designed for use with their 809376 reusable spool. The fact that nothing is available right now, including that specific spool, necessitated finding an alternative solution. The filament arrives on a 91mm cardboard core. These sides, as intended, press into the cardboard to form a complete spool. Once exhausted, they can be removed and placed onto another spool with the same cardboard core. STL.V2, grippers are made slightly wider and a slot is formed at the base for better grip on the cardboard former. Additional pieces of tape also work to secure the two sides together if using the original version. No supports were needed, printing at 0.2mm layer height worked just fine, and it took approximately four hours to print at 50mm/s speed.
